FAQ

Q. - Is this real?

A. - It most certainly is. It's an advertising scheme to get more people looking at some of the offers which network are affiliated with. Basically, when a user completes one of the offers on the network site (e.g. LOVEFiLM) they get paid by the advertiser. This way, they can cover the cost of your free gift and still make a small profit.

A lot of TV programmes and magazines have featured this sort of advertising, including BBC and the Wired magazine - so you can feel confident that it is genuine.

Q. - Which offers are the best?

A. - The free ones or Coral as its only £5

Q. - Will I receive spam from you or any of the web sites?
A. - The networks take their spam policy very seriously and will never sell your information or send you spam, and they obide by the data protection act of 1987

Q. - Your offer isn't showing as completed.

A. - The Network receive details of the majority of offers within 24 hours, and accounts are updated automatically when they receive details of completed offers from the advertiser.  There are exceptions to this but if, after 5 days, your status still hasn't changed, please contact them and let them know which offer you completed.  They will tell you what information they will need from you to show that you completed the offer.

Q. - I want a gift that's not listed. What should I do?
A. - Simply open up a support ticket and they will do there best to source the item for you.
